1.1 Any amount received by RocketMind Technologies Pvt Ltd. hereinafter referred as ‘Clapper’ as Entry Fees, including the Fees, or any other type of fees shall be non-refundable except wherein the Contest has been cancelled or where there has been an error in the Services.
1.2 In the event of cancellation of an event or an error in the Services, Clapper may refund the Entry Fees after investigation into the matter by Clapper. If any amounts are to be refunded to the User after the conclusion of the investigation by Clapper, we shall process your request and refund the Entry Fees or part thereof, as the case maybe, within a reasonable amount of time into your Account, which may then be utilized towards other Contests held on the Platform and/or Application.
1.3 To be eligible for refund and Withdrawals, you must be a resident of India and access the Services, Platform and Application of Clapper from India, barring the Restricted States. If you are a prize winner living in India and are physically present in India while accessing the Services of Clapper but are not an Indian citizen, we will remit your Winnings in Indian Rupees to the address given by you, provided, the address is within India, barring the Restricted States.
1.4 You can choose to withdraw the Winnings from your Account at any time, subject to Bonus Tickets/promotional money/promotional cash withdrawal restrictions. The User further agrees and acknowledges that cash deposited once shall not be refunded and may not be withdrawn by the User into your own bank account other than in certain extenuating circumstances and on a case-to-case basis, wherein Clapper may agree, in its sole discretion, to refund the cash, or part thereof to the User. Any promotional/ bonus cash/money awarded for purchase of a package or to play any game or perform any transaction on Clapper, will be deducted from the amount refunded.
1.5 In case we cancel your participation in any Mobile Game or Contest as a result of this, We will return Your Entry Fee to You within a reasonable amount of time.
1.6 We will try Our best to create the best user experience for You. All eligible (eligibility mentioned in 1.1) refunds will happen in your “Cash Deposit” segment or Clapper wallet.
1.7 No refund offered to the accounts which are suspended or banned or closed by Clapper due to any suspicious activity or for any reason under any circumstances.
1.8 Users must use any money in their Account within 365 days. Clapper shall have the right to directly forfeit any such unused amount after 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days. The idle Balance amount lying in your account may be withdrawn only in exceptional circumstances, determined on a case to case basis on the sole discretion of Clapper.
